1. Listing Submission & Ownership Rules

  • You must be the verified owner or an authorized representative of any domain you submit. Listing sites you do not own or lack explicit permission for is strictly prohibited.
  • All submitted information—including website name, URL, niche, location, language, SEO metrics (Domain Rating, Domain Authority, Authority Score, Traffic), collaboration type, and contact details—must be accurate, current, and truthful.
  • PBN (Private Blog Network) sites must be categorized exclusively under the designated PBN section. Misclassification will result in immediate removal.
  • GuestPostShift reserves the right to reject, suspend, or remove any submission that does not meet our quality standards, without prior notice.

2. Platform Role: Directory Only, Not a Marketplace

  • GuestPostShift operates strictly as a searchable directory and outreach facilitator. We are not a transactional marketplace or payment processor.
  • We do not handle payments, escrow, invoicing, or contractual agreements between publishers and buyers.
  • All negotiations, pricing agreements, content guidelines, and link placements occur directly between you and the listed site owner. We hold no liability for disputes, refunds, or unsatisfactory deliverables.

3. Prohibited Listings & Content

We strictly prohibit submissions that include:

  • Sites you do not own or lack documented authorization to list
  • Fake, inflated, or artificially manipulated domain metrics (DR, DA, Authority Score, Traffic)
  • Spam-heavy, low-quality, or malware-infected websites
  • Adult, gambling, CBD, or casino content unless explicitly marked with the appropriate content restriction toggles during submission
  • Any listing that violates our guest post guidelines, outreach ethics, or search engine webmaster policies

4. Contact Information & Privacy Protection

  • Publisher contact details (email, phone, WhatsApp number, social profiles) are visible to all non logged in user also. Once you registered, then you should change the setting in your admin panel to view only for logged in, registered users.
  • Contact information must not be used for unsolicited spam, data scraping, bulk marketing campaigns, or harassment.
  • Misuse of publisher contact data will result in immediate account suspension and permanent platform ban.

5. Listing Removal & Moderation Rights

GuestPostShift may remove, hide, or suspend any listing at any time, without prior notice, if:

  • The site violates these Terms or our submission guidelines
  • Metrics are found to be inaccurate, outdated, or artificially inflated
  • The site no longer accepts guest posts, link exchanges, or paid collaborations
  • Multiple users report the listing for spam, broken links, or policy violations
  • The publisher fails to respond to verification or update requests within a reasonable timeframe

6. No Guarantees & Independent Verification

  • We do not guarantee that any listing will receive inquiries, backlinks, SEO value, or financial return.
  • All SEO metrics (Domain Rating, Domain Authority, Authority Score, monthly traffic) are self-reported by publishers and provided for reference only.
  • Buyers, agencies, and SEO professionals must independently verify all metrics using trusted tools (Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush) before initiating outreach or making payments.
  • Guest post results, indexing timelines, and link equity vary based on individual site health, content quality, and search engine algorithm updates.

7. User Responsibilities

  • Publishers must update their listings if collaboration terms, pricing, link limits, or contact information change.
  • Buyers must adhere to each publisher’s stated guidelines, including word count requirements, accepted topics, rejection criteria, homepage link policies, permanent link settings, and maximum links per article.
  • Users agree to conduct all outreach professionally, respect exchange requirements (Direct, ABC, Guest Post, or Homepage), and honor agreed-upon terms.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

  • GuestPostShift does not endorse, audit, or guarantee the quality, safety, or legitimacy of any listed website.
  • We are not responsible for content published on third-party sites, nor for any financial, reputational, or SEO losses resulting from user transactions.
  • Links to external websites are provided for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement, partnership, or validation.
  • Use of this platform is at your own risk. GuestPostShift shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the directory or interactions with listed publishers.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect platform improvements, legal requirements, or policy changes. Continued use of GuestPostShift constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage users to review this page regularly.
